Sunset in the Alps

Description

Located in the Italian Alps Alpe Di Siusi is truly amazing. As the sun sets the Dolomites light up. Initially  I checked in to my room and wasn’t going to go shoot. I rethought my position and glad I did. I walked through the hills and found this location. The sunset was lackluster at first and then it put on a show. A local told me that at sunset the peaks turn an orange red and they associate it with the blood that warriors spilled in early times. What an amazing sunset and one I will remember forever!
